WHAT IS DDMIX?

DDMIX is a full body aerobic workout based on a wide range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps created and choreographed by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke.

The aim of DDMIX is to get people moving without feeling intimated by the word ‘dance’ or the technicality of the steps.  Instead the class aims to give a full body workout that is such fun you don’t notice you are exercising.  With the vast number of dance styles from around the world to choose from, no one will ever get bored!

Developed in 2014, DDMIX now boasts over 200 trained instructors running classes all over the UK, Ireland, Portugal, Cyprus and now Switzerland.
